Delivery

Deliveries have to be carried out during University business hours (Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm).
In the case of all orders and even in the case of passing on parts of orders to subcontractors, in particular transport companies and carriers (e.g. DHL), the delivery address (dispatch address/ goods recipient) and the SAP order number – both stated on the order form – should always be written on the delivery note/ packing slip. Wrong deliveries shall be returned at the cost and risk of the supplier.

The service to be rendered is free carrier to place of installation incl. installation and up to handover ready for operation. The scope of performance shall include unloading, unpacking and transport to the planned location, installation and putting the supplied item into an operational state. All materials, equipment, waste, etc, are to be removed from the place of installation at the cost of the supplier under the terms of the Waste Management Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 325/1990, and any currently valid respective regulations. In the case of a dispute about the scope or method of rendering the service, the supplier is not authorised to suspend the service.
